Writing Conferences - Differentiated Classroom

Welcome to a teacher assisted peer conference.
(As you may have noticed New Zealanders pronounce 'pear' and 'peer' exactly the same. Fortunatly these first graders are pretty on to it.)
* I tried out a new face blur app in this one*

About the lesson
-This lesson began at 8.15am and lasted about 12mins.
- it should have been a group of three however one student arrived in the middle of the lesson, so wasn't able to participate.
- The picture frame on the desk has the names of the students that I will be working with that morning.
- Implementing a differentiated classroom takes a lot of pratice and patience for both the students and the teachers, however is an effective way of meeting the specific needs of all learners. Differentiated teaching and learning can only take place within a supportive, happy and respectful class environment.
