Matematiklyftet skolverket

This year at Rådan we maths teachers have been participating in a professional development programme called Matematiklyftet. 

"Syftet är att öka elevernas måluppfyllelse genom att stärka kvaliteten i undervisningen."

The aim of the programme is to raise student achievement through quality teaching experiences. The programme is about taking mathematics off the paper and into reality and language. This is much different from the way most of us experienced maths at school.  

We are currently working with the algebra module. Here are some pictures.
